The use of services provided by Build Your Image Now Marketing establishes agreement to these terms. By using our services, you agree that you have read, and fully understood the following Terms of Service (the “Agreement”), and Build Your Image Now Marketing will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service. Our services include carrying out campaigns, for promotional purposes by helping the client to increase the followers, plays, likes, comments, and views of the social media account of the client.

The client understands that Build Your Image Now Marketing is not affiliated in any manner to any social media network including without limitation Datpiff, Facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud, Twitter and YouTube.

Build Your Image Now Marketing may, in its sole discretion, and at any time discontinue this Site or any part thereof with or without notice, or may prevent your use of this Site with or without notice to you. Build Your Image Now Marketing will have no liability to you if this Site is discontinued or your ability to access it is terminated.

Build Your Image Now Marketing may refuse services to any client without assigning the reason to that effect.

Build Your Image Now Marketing may refuse the Service to the client account containing unlawful, threatening, offensive, defamatory, libelous or objectionable or otherwise violate the Terms of Services.

Build Your Image Now Marketing uses social network exchange campaigns hence posing no negative consequences for the client’s social media account.

The Services completion time is mentioned seprarately for each service. However, Build Your Image Now Marketing does not guarantee the speed of the delivery for it’s services, all the speeds mentioned are strictly an estimate which are possible to stretch, in case we don’t deliver orders 24hrs, you can email us for a refund.

Our services can only engage with other user accounts and cannot force likes, comments, or any engagement at all, therefore results may vary every campaign.

Conduct

The client agrees not to violate any provision of the contract the client has had with any third party or to use the services provided in any unlawful, or inappropriate manner.

Copyright

All content, including text, images, sound, video, and code (collectively, the “Intellectual Property”) found on, and throughout Build Your Image Now Marketing is the intellectual property of the Company, and is protected by applicable U.S. and foreign copyright, trademark, and patent laws. These belong expressly to Build Your Image Now Marketing, or other copyright owners who have given express authorization to use their information on the (buildyourimagenowmarketing.com) website.

Liabilities

The client agrees that Build Your Image Now Marketing owns no liability for the content, activity, and purpose of the client’s social media account.

The company shall in no way be liable for any accounts, pictures, videos, and/or tracks and that are removed due to our services being implemented, or your interaction with Build Your Image Now Marketing.

Build Your Image Now Marketing is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture/video deletion done by Instagram, Facebook, Soundcloud, Twitter, YouTube or Other Social Media.

In no event shall Build Your Image Now Marketing or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Build Your Image Now Marketing's website, even if Build Your Image Now Marketing or a Build Your Image Now Marketing authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Due to this we cannot refund after services have been completed if this has occurred to an account/content.

Build Your Image Now Marketing does not guarantee 100% that followers, likes, views or any services will stick to your account although we strive to make this a reality for all the services that we provide. Therefore, Build Your Image Now Marketing does not offer refill or refund for any completed services.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a payment, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, permanently ban your IP address, damage all your posts/videos and/or tracks, providing them with negative comments, dislikes and bad traffic, which will remove them from ranking or/and make negative impression to your future visitors. We are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the digital product is sent. As a client you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers, likes, or reposts ect. we delivered to you, or your clients.

By purchasing any item/service, you agree to pay the indicated purchase price and further agree that you have the authority make such a purchase, have the authority to use or access the social media account linked to the purchase, and you will not use the services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose whatsoever.

Disclaimer

Build Your Image Now Marketing will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. In case of any drops to your followers,likes,views numbers you will not be entitle for a refill or refund as per services terms. We can’t force users to keep following you.
